When we got out of the car I realized Maryn had on flip flops even though it was pretty cold. It is always an adventure with you Maryn. I can't count the times that we arrived somewhere with no shoes, underwear, or even pants! I never go back home for these items thinking that it will be a learning moment, but you always just laugh and roll with it.
At HEB we saw your good friend DJ and he gave you a big hug. DJ is a boy in your class who has brain cancer. That will need to be a separate post soon.
